I love the idea of hunting for dragons!
As an Australian living in California castles aren’t something I get to explore often with the kids – but that makes them even more magical when we do get to see one!
I have a big list of castles to visit now!

I have a pair of dragon hunters too. Castles are wonderful places to ignite imaginations. Some great recommendations here and I don’t think we’ve been to any of the UK ones!

I love making a game out of visits to castles too! There’s so many on this list we haven’t been to yet. I can also recommend Tintagel Castle, St Michael’s Mount and Pendennis Castle in Cornwall, Dartmouth Castle in Devon and Carisbrooke Castle on the Isle of Wight #fearlessfamtrav
