Isla’s first trip was to New York when she was 6 months old, to visit my family there. She’s three now, and we went back recently. Next on the list is road trip like yours.

Oh Africa has always been on my dream list. Can’t imagine growing up there ! Travelling is definitely harder with kiddies but it isn’t impossible ! It’s definitely different ! I don’t travel as much as I’d like to with my kiddies ,mainly due to my eldest needing so much extra care but we’ve done it a few times in the past ! Who knows what we will do in the future ! It was lovely to read about your own experiences and spending your early years in Africa .
