Hi Abie. You can meet Santa in Santa Claus Village without needing anyone to arrange it. It’s free for everyone, you just need to pay for your photos/video (note you are not allowed to take your own). You will be queuing with everyone else, so if you leave it until later in the day, the tour groups will be gone and you’ll get in quicker.
