The Rock of Cashel is a formidable looking structure sitting on top of a hill in Cashel, County Tipperary. This famous historic site is a popular tourist attraction in Ireland. Visiting the Rock of Cashel with kids is fun and enjoyable and can easily be combined with other attractions in County Tipperary for a fun family day out in Ireland.

We’ve only just begun exploring our homeland as a family and part of that has been discovering some of the best castles in Ireland to visit with kids.
During our time in Ireland, BattleKid and I visited several castles. Our intention was to go dragon hunting at each of these castles as we had never been dragon hunting in Ireland before.
