  1. Thanks for the great list! We rarely stay in hotels when on holiday with the kids as we tend to go camping quite a bit, but I have to say I’m really impressed with the facilities these hotels have. The Druid’s Glen Hotel sounds especially amazing and I love that the Parknasilla Resort has a zipwire for the kids! But what really appeals is the babysitting services so many of them offer – I’ve never really thought about using babysitting while on holiday, but it’s such a great idea – I’d love to have a grown-up night out or two while we’re away!

Fota Island looks fantastic. Ireland is yet to be visited but I am certainly feeling the need to change that.

  5. All of these hotels sound so nice. We normally don’t go for luxury since we are mostly budget travelers and we only use the room for sleeping. But occasionally we’ll splurge on a nicer hotel especially if we know we’ll spend more time exploring the resort. #fearlessfamtrav

  6. We have only been to Dublin for a very quick 36 hour trip – It was St Paddy’s Day and we were wetting the baby’s head (with our 7 month old in tow – eeeek!). I would love to head back sooner rather than later to have a proper look around. Castleknock Hotel looks absolutely lovely so I will definitely be checking it out when we book a trip! #fearlessfamtravel
